Objective / Brief description of the position
To establish and develop our growing Aero Distribution position mainly within Germany and Eastern Europe countries and additional countries to be defined. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist Sales Director establishing Sales Action Plan to reach Corporate targeted objectives. Also, in this role he/she will be responsible for the Account Management and the business development for the HFS Aero Customers range from OEM, MRO, Airlines and OEM subcontractors type 1, 2 and 3.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Establish challenging objectives to target new business within both existing & developing markets
- Ensure priorities have been appropriately defined & action plans developed
- Provide direct input into the development of the European HFS Aero Distribution Sales strategy
- Support the Internal Sales Team
- Assist with the development of sales, marketing and business plans, forecasts, and promotional programs
- Implement relevant sales and promotional programs.
- Recommend the addition of new services within customer base
- Ensure customers have up to date company information
- Compile & submit accurate sales reports/forecasts in a timely manner
- Provide ideas, guidelines and support for E-commerce functionalities.
- Effectively manage the customer expectations.
- Comply with all internal sales reporting in line with corporate expectations.
Most of the work takes place on site, with approximately one day of travel per week.
Education/Skills
- Preferred Degree in Business
- English & German language.
- Several years of post-graduate experience in sales and/or proven success in developing accounts in aerospace distributors or manufacturers.
- Shows drive and focuses on objectives whilst remaining calm under pressure
