Ihre Aufgabe
- Zuarbeit des Management-Teams bei operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
- Pflege / Aktualisierung der Intranet Repräsentation der Abteilung und den damit verbundenen Bereichen, sowie der Sharepoint Plattform der Abteilung
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von (IT)-Dokumentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Reports
- Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten (Back-Office-Tätigkeiten)
Ihr Profil
- Aktuelle Immatrikulation, von Vorteil wären ein Studiengang im Bereich IT oder Wirtschaft
- Kenntnisse im Bereich MS Office, MS Sharepoint und Atlassian Confluence wären von Vorteil
- Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen Sie aus
- Sie haben Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und sind kommunikativ
- Sehr gute Deutsch- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
